Just Bring Your Suitcase. Our apartments are fully furnished and designed for your comfort during long-term stays. Whether you are here for a project, an internship, or relocating to Germany – you will find everything you need:

• Living & Working: Desk, TV, telephone, and high-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for home office).
• Cooking: Private kitchenette (Pantry-Kitchen) equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, dishes, and cutlery.
• Privacy: Every apartment has its own private modern bathroom with shower and WC.
• Service: Weekly cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels are included.

Our Pricing & Conditions at a Glance: The monthly rent covers all utilities and services.

• Minimum Stay: The minimum rental period is two months. After that, you remain flexible: The contract can be terminated with one month's notice to the end of the month.
  
• City Registration: Since this is an official long-term rental, we provide the necessary documents (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your registration at the Bonn city hall.
• Mailbox: You will have your own name tag on the mailbox to receive letters and official documents securely

Location & Connectivity

Located in the heart of the "Villenviertel" (Villa District), you are perfectly connected:

•     Public Transport: The subway (U-Bahn) and train station (DB) are within walking distance. Regional trains run directly to Bonn Central Station, Cologne, and Düsseldorf three times an hour. Additionally, several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity.
• By Car: Plenty of free parking spaces are available directly around the house. For cyclists, we provide a designated bicycle parking area directly on the property.
• Surroundings: The beautiful Rhine promenade and the Bad Godesberg city center with shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot.
